Christ the King School could use any fresh garden produce you may have available to share! If you have garden produce that you would like to donate, please bring them to the school office. Kim is usually in the office between the hours of 7:30 am to 3:45 pm each day.

Congratulations to Matthew Nutsch, the 2015 recipient of the $250 scholarship awarded by Christ the King School PTO! Matthew, son of Bob & Kim Nutsch, attended Christ the King School through Eighth Grade, then went on to graduate from St. Mary’s Central High School. He is planning to attend University of Mary in the fall.

On May 22, at the final All School Mass of the 2014-15 school year, Fr. Schneider thanked Ms. Cindy Bohn for her many years of service at CTK School and announced that there will be a scholarship set up in her honor. Each year, a CTK student who will go on to attend the Light of Christ Middle School Academy will be selected to receive this scholarship. May God bless you, Ms. Bohn, as you go on to teach at St. Mary’s.

Shaina Crawford will be taking over the scheduling of ushers for Sunday Masses and Holy Days of Obligation. Christ the King is implementing the ministry of greeting at the 10:00 am Mass! We will be contacting our parishioners to see who would like to join this ministry of hospitality. If you are interested in being a greeter, please contact Tara Rummel at 663-3314 or 701-202-8912.

If you are homebound or need help getting to weekend Mass, our Parish Council is coordinating rides for those who need assistance. Contact Shaina in the parish office (663-8842) to make arrangements. Our Parish Council is looking for CTK parishioners who would be willing to pick up one or two people who are homebound or have a difficult time getting to Mass each week. If you can give someone a ride to Mass, please call Shaina at 663-8842.
