This Sunday following Pentecost, the Church celebrates the fullness of God revealed to us, the Holy Trinity; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. With the fullness of God ever present to us, it becomes more real that we are indeed children of God, His heirs to the Kingdom. God has chosen us to be His own through our keeping and following His statutes and commandments. Once again this week we hear in the Gospel of being sent out on mission to, “Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations,” and having the people baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. This is how we have
been made the children and the people of God. It is through the third person of the Holy Trinity, the Holy Spirit, that God will remain with His people until the end of the ages.
This coming week the priests of the Diocese will be on retreat out in Richardton. Please pray for us to be renewed in the Holy Spirit, as we will be praying for all of you.
God’s Blessings,
Fr. Fred
