The hand of the Lord feeds us.

From the Pastor:

The Psalmist says, “The hand of the Lord feeds us; He answers all our needs.”  This is the very same thing the prophet Isaiah was telling the people about how God takes care of His people. Jesus makes the same thing clear in His miracle of feeding the five thousand with five loaves of bread and two fish. The Lord knew the need of the people and provided more than enough to take care of that need. When we place our trust in God and open our heart to Him, He then provides for each of us. This is a great sign of God’s love for His people everywhere. As St. Paul tells the Romans that nothing should separate us from the love that God so wishes to bestow upon us, we should know this truth ourselves.  May we always seek out the nourishment and love that God will provide for our souls!
