What is the fee to have a Funeral at Christ the King?
There is not a fee to have a funeral at Christ the King. However, it is customary to give a small stipend to the parish and the musicians.These expenses are often handled through the Funeral Home.
Can we have a luncheon after the funeral, and what does it cost?
Yes, the women of the parish are available to provide a luncheon in the Parish Life Center after a Funeral and/or burial. The only expense to the family for the luncheon is the cost of the food. The cost varies based on how many people are expected to be served, but could be anywhere up to approximately $350. This expense is also often handled through the Funeral Home. The Parish Life Center can hold up to 190 people.
