On behalf of Christ the King Parish Family I would like to welcome you to this community. I am glad you have joined our Parish. We are here for a renewed personal encounter with Jesus Christ, who has called us to this Way of Life. May I invite you to have an openness that allows for an encounter with Christ in your daily lives? We live in a different time frame than the early Christian community but we experience the same call as they did. Like those who came before us, we are blessed to have Jesus' presence in our lives and have the fire of faith in our hearts, and are thankful to be invited to experience the same Joy of the Gospel. We live in the time of New Evangelization. We are entrusted with the Gospel of Joy and Liberation. As we live in the time of Resurrected Christ let us feel His presence in our daily lives. I hope and pray that you experience the presence of God's love and compassion in our community. "The Lord, your God is in your midst, a warrior who gives victory; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will renew you in his love; He will exult over you with loud singing." (Zephaniah 3:17)
In this, the digital age, we have made it easy for you to reach the office, gain information you need or enter information needed by others. In our parish community we are using ParishSOFT's 'My Own Church.' This program connects you with your church family digitally simply by clicking the link that follows: My Own Church. Use the link to register online or update your individual or family church records. Once approved by a church staff member, those changes will electronically update to the church's database. Updating your member records has become easy; without paper forms or phone calls to the parish office.
System Requirements:
My Own Church is available on the Web 24/7 and requires no special hardware or software. For church administrators and individual users of the system, all that is needed is an Internet connection and Web browser. You must allow pop-ups from the 'My Own Church' website and set 'My Own Church' as a trusted site in your system security programs that would otherwise block access to the site. If you have any questions regarding this please do not hesitate to call the office. We are here to help you.
