Miss MaryGrace Franz

MaryGrace grew up near Minneapolis, Minnesota and attended the University of Mary in Bismarck to study education. When COVID shut down campus in 2020, she returned to the Twin Cities and was blessed to spend the next year living in community with several other young women discerning a religious vocation. Having fallen in love with Catechesis of the Good Shepherd during her college years, and thanks to the opportunity to observe at CTK while a student, MaryGrace began her journey into Montessori at St. John the Baptist Catholic Montessori School in Excelsior, MN. She has served as a Children’s House assistant, and most recently, as Level 1 CGS catechist. With the understanding that grace builds on nature, MaryGrace loves how Montessori shapes and forms the child’s whole person, preparing them body and soul to receive the love of the Good Shepherd. Trusting in the Lord’s lead, MaryGrace is excited to continue serving God’s children at Christ the King.
