Emily Robinson grew up in Bismarck, North Dakota and has been playing the violin since she was twelve. She studied with the Suzuki Method growing up and is a certified Suzuki instructor that has been teaching violin and viola for ten years. Emily has also directed the Strolling Strings of Bismarck, a Bismarck Public Schools performance group, since 2016. Teaching Suzuki Early Childhood Education along with being a fine arts guide at Christ the King are new endeavors she is looking forward to this fall!
Emily married the love of her life in 2014 and received her Bachelor’s in Music Education from the University of Mary in 2016. She also has an almost two year old daughter, Juniper, who loves music! Creating is one of her favorite things to do; whether she is cooking, decorating, or painting. She also enjoys photography, biking, and traveling! Her violin has traveled with her to various parts of the United States, as well as Costa Rica and Peru. Emily believes each student is unique and is passionate about helping them develop their own sound to share with the world.
