Miss Sydney Arman

Miss Sydney was born and raised in Bismarck, ND, where she attended Cathedral of the Holy Spirit and St. Mary’s Central High School. She continued her education at the University of Mary, double majoring in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. She was eager to put her knowledge into practice and accepted a job at St. Mary’s Grade School as a Kindergarten Teacher. After 3 years of teaching, she felt God calling her elsewhere in the education system. She taught one year of kindergarten within Bismarck Public Schools but knew she was missing a huge piece; teaching the Catholic faith. 

Sydney had been drawn to the Montessori approach throughout her university studies because of the focus on child led learning and natural progression of skills throughout one's exploration in play. She is excited for all the smiles, giggles, learning and growing that will take place in the Nido Community. Sydney is eager to serve as a part of the Christ the King Team amongst an amazing group of educators and staff!
